Over the last 30 years, I've accelerated the sales and marketing processes of both small and large corporations as well as high-tech, low-tech and no-tech enterprises. A life-long student of "what works," I have realized there are still only three basic ways of communicating with a prospect or customer: person-to-person, by phone, or in writing. New mediums have evolved, but it is the sequencing of communication events that produces the power to nurture, educate, differentiate and motivate.
